Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Frontier Taxation handles personal data when you use this website, submit an enquiry, email the practice or choose to communicate through WhatsApp.
Who is responsible

What data we collect
The contact form collects your name, email address, message and, if you provide them, your phone number, organisation and area of interest. Direct email or WhatsApp conversations may also contain contact details and information you choose to share. Basic technical information, such as IP address, browser and security signals, may be processed when the site is loaded.
Purposes and lawful bases
Personal data is used for the following limited purposes and on the following practical bases:

- to assess scope, availability, potential conflicts and whether the practice can assist — based on the practice's legitimate interest in evaluating and managing enquiries;
- to protect the website and contact form from abuse — based on the legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and reliable service; and
- to retain or use information where an applicable law requires it — based on that legal obligation.
Enquiry data is not used for mailing lists or unrelated marketing.
